A week-long opportunity to engage with God’s heart for His Chosen People 

God loves Israel. We know that blessing Israel is important to God because He told Abraham that He would bless those who bless him (Genesis 12:3). Bless Israel is an annual event held the week of Israel’s Independence Day. It is designed to encourage a deeper understanding of the place Israel holds in God’s heart and to rally support and blessing for the people He chose to be His own (Deuteronomy 7:6).

• Intimacy with God – As we focus on things God cares about, our relationship with Him deepens 
• Inspiration – Seeing God’s love and promises for Israel woven throughout the Scriptures strengthens our faith    
• Insight – Looking at the Bible we are reminded of the Jewish people’s need for Jesus, the Church’s role in Israel’s salvation and its connection to the End-Times 

When: April 17–18, 2021

Where: Your congregation’s worship service, small groups or classes

How: Online or in-person, dedicate time in your gathering to the subject of Israel and God’s love for the Jewish people through biblical teaching, prayer and support

When: Walk or run your personal 5K any time during the week of April 12–18, 2021.

Registration is open until March 21st

Where: Choose your own route, in your neighborhood or somewhere special

How: Go alone, or gather friends and family to join you

What: You’ll receive a map of that same Jerusalem route, noting places of interest. You’ll get a prayer guide with requests from our Israeli partner ministries, so you can pray as you do your 5K. PLUS, we’ll send you a Bless Israel 5K t-shirt

Why: Your walk or run to bless Israel will encourage in others a love for the Jewish people and support for Israel. Proceeds from your Bless Israel Virtual 5K go to Jewish Voice Ministries International, whose work serves Jewish people in Israel and worldwide by sharing the Gospel of Jesus the Messiah and by meeting their physical needs right where they are.

Built by the Byzantines and renovated by the Crusaders, Church of the Holy Sepulchre which is the 2nd most visited tourist site in Israel, marks the place of the crucifixion and tomb of Jesus. 

The Wall is considered to be the holiest place where Jews are permitted to pray, and a national, religious and historic importance for the Jewish people.
