God loves Israel. We know that blessing Israel is important to God because He told Abraham that He would bless those who bless him (Genesis 12:3). Bless Israel is an annual event held the week of Israel’s Independence Day. It is designed to encourage a deeper understanding of the place Israel holds in God’s heart and to rally support and blessing for the people He chose to be His own (Deuteronomy 7:6).
Why Participate in Bless Israel?
Intimacy with God – As we focus on things God cares about, our relationship with Him deepens
Inspiration – Seeing God’s love and promises for Israel woven throughout the Scriptures strengthens our faith
Insight – Looking at the Bible we are reminded of the Jewish people’s need for Jesus, the Church’s role in Israel’s salvation and its connection to the End-Times
